Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management's The Municipal Hotel in Liverpool seeks a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member to welcome guests in the Palm Court area or Seaforth Restaurant during lunch or dinner service.

You will take and process orders, serve food and drinks, keep the dining area tidy, assist with barista duties and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth operation; experience is helpful but a willingness to learn is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service in Palm Court or Seaforth Restaurant.
• Take and process food and drink orders, noting special requests.
• Serve food and drinks, maintain high presentation standards and timing.
• Set up and reset tables, keep dining spaces inviting and organised.
• Assist with barista duties and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Work with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
