RBH is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member for our The Municipal Hotel in Liverpool. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a polished service.

Flexibility with shifts, weekend work, and a genuine passion for guest experience are valued. Previous F&B experience helps, but enthusiasm and a team spirit are key; you will assist with setup, cleanliness, and restocking to maintain high presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service across Palm Court or Seaforth areas.
• Take and process food and drink orders, noting special requests.
• Serve food and beverages with care, ensuring presentation standards.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas for a welcoming dining space.
• Assist with beverage preparation and basic barista duties.
• Help with inventory and restocking to keep service flowing.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operation.
