Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Holiday Cottage Cleaner to prepare our cottages in the Stackpole area, Pembrokeshire. The role, internally known as Holidays Operation Assistant, focuses on delivering a warm, welcoming guest experience and keeping cottages pristine on changeover days.

You’ll work 5 hours per week with shifts Mon–Sat between 10:00 and 16:00, permanent contract; PPE is provided and safety is a priority. Includes several employee benefits.

• Team player but able to work on your own when needed.
• Be well-organised and adaptable to changing tasks.
• Willing to learn new skills and follow role procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare cottages on changeover days so they are pristine and welcoming.
• Ensure the cottage is well-presented and ready for guests.
• Identify and report repairs or odd jobs needing attention.
• Replace any broken items from store supplies when required.
• Carry out compliance checks to ensure guest and staff safety.
