Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our team in the Holywood area. The role involves delivering high standards of cleaning to offices, meeting rooms, toilets and labs in line with client specifications, with a focus on customer service and safety.

Working patterns are Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week, 9am to 3:30pm. Benefits include 22 days annual leave, pension, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of cleaning services within your area of responsibility according to client specifications.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer requirements.
• Carry out a range of general cleaning in offices, meeting rooms, toilets, laboratories and amenity areas site-wide.
• Ensure stocks are replenished and equipment is checked and left clean and in good working order at end of shift.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety policies and report hazards to your Line Manager.
