Dumbleton Hall in the Cotswolds is seeking a warm, attentive Bartender to lead bar space and contribute to a memorable guest experience. You’ll manage service on the floor during peak periods and coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth, timely drinks.

We value character and hospitality over formal experience; welcome cocktail knowledge and a desire to engage guests with genuine conversation, helping create special moments in a historic estate setting.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of the bar space and adjoining floor, ensuring a welcoming, guest-ready area.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard.
• Support the restaurant team by running drinks during busy service periods.
• Build rapport with guests through warm conversation and attentiveness.
• Manage bar stock, including ordering, rotation and wastage control.
• Maintain licensing, health and safety, and responsible service of alcohol.
