Morio Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to support the team and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll lead shifts, coach staff, manage rotas and KPIs, handle escalations, and assist with recruitment while building a warm, welcoming atmosphere across the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality as Supervisor/Assistant Manager.
• Proven leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service and guest handling.
• Able to manage shifts, rotas and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts (opens/closes/weekends) and motivate the team.
• Coach the team with regular feedback to improve performance.
• Understand rotas, stock, labour and KPIs; support the GM.
• Handle escalated customer complaints with good judgement.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new starters.
• Be a welcoming host on the floor and enhance Lounges' reputation.
