St Martins Lane, a Morgans Originals hotel in Covent Garden, seeks a Front Desk Agent who will greet guests with warmth, handle requests with flair, and ensure every stay is seamless, stylish, and sincerely personal.

You’ll manage check-ins and reservations, respond to guest queries with empathy, and collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B to maintain brand standards and a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front office or guest-facing role, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
• A guest-first mindset and a calm, confident approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
• A polished appearance and a warm, professional demeanour.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
