Job summary

Premier Inn is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member in Glasgow (Paisley). You’ll greet guests, help with check-in and serve breakfast or dinner, ensuring guests have a smooth stay. The role involves shifts including evenings and weekends, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

No hotel experience is required; friendly and calm staff who enjoy helping people will fit well. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful attitude with guests.
• Ability to stay calm when busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service and handling drinks.
• Answer questions and resolve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Make sure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
