Premier Inn in Bangor (Northern Ireland) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You will welcome guests, help them check in, and support breakfast or dinner service across the restaurant and bar.

Shifts vary and you may assist with questions, keep areas tidy, and help teammates during busy periods. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour, with a fixed term contract until March 2027 and 9 guaranteed hours per week.

Formación

• No hotel experience required.
• If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
