Job summary

Compass Group UK & Ireland Defence is looking for a Waiter/Waitress on a full-time basis (35 hours/week). You will be the face of our business, greeting guests and delivering exceptional service in Defence environments. Rotating shifts apply, with pride in our brand and in our people.

You will greet guests, take orders, and make menu recommendations while upholding food hygiene and safety standards. Join a large hospitality group serving 250+ UK sites and supporting a dedicated Defence sector.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and look after them to ensure a delightful visit.
• Serve customers and ensure a seamless, personalised dining experience.
• Know the menu and make recommendations to guests.
• Represent Compass Group UK & Ireland with a positive brand image.
