Duck & Rice at Battersea Power Station is recruiting a Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure every guest has a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

You will welcome guests, take orders, know the menu and daily specials, keep tables clean, coordinate with kitchen and FOH, handle payments, and support the team during busy service; benefits include free staff meals, training, a 50% discount, and uniform.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years' experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Warm, friendly personality with confident communication.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
• Remain calm and positive under pressure; strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and make recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and specials.
• Ensure tables are clean and well presented during service.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, hosts and FOH team for smooth service.
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently; support setup/closing.
