The Ned is hiring a Waiter in London. Join our team across ten restaurants and deliver exceptional guest service with knowledge of our globally inspired menus.

You’ll be the friendly face of the guest experience, ensuring the highest Ned standards, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and collaborating with restaurant management to provide superb service. Shifts range from 0700 starts to late finishes; you’ll enjoy benefits like staff meals, development programmes, special rates, wellbeing

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Good knowledge of food and drinks; menu comprehension is a plus
• Willingness to learn and progress within the role

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for guests and tailor service to deliver excellent experiences
• Answer guest queries with knowledge of menus and provide recommendations
• Maintain an impeccably presented appearance and support a slick operation
• Guard food and drink quality and presentation to Ned standards; ensure safety and cleanliness
