Job summary

The Imperial Hotel, part of Brend Collection, is seeking Waiting Staff to deliver exceptional service across a busy food and beverage operation. You will be trained and supported as part of a friendly team, with opportunities for progression and a share of staff tips.

Full training is provided; previous experience is not essential. A positive attitude and neat appearance are valued, with flexibility to suit varying shifts in a Brend Collection establishment.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Neat and tidy appearance (hair and nails) and adherence to uniform requirements.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Ability to follow instructions and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Work in all areas of food and beverage to deliver excellent customer service.
• Welcome customers, issue menus and record orders with team members.
• Serve food and drinks in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Clear and rel ay tables and assist with table turnover.
