Premier Inn in Thurrock West is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member on a part-time basis, offering shifts that include evenings and weekends. You’ll greet guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and assist guests to ensure a smooth stay.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
• Friendly and helpful attitude.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner as needed
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
