• Set the tone for every guest’s stay with a warm welcome and ready answers to questions about hotel services and local attractions.
• Help create a smooth check-out experience to ensure guests depart happy and satisfied.
• Experience working in a branded hotel environment in a fast-paced role and comfortable dealing with guests daily.
• Able to manage a small team and maintain a can-do attitude.
• Flexible shifts across 7 days a week, with hours and patterns discussed at interview.
