Guest Experience Supervisor

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Help in efficiently and effectively managing front office departmental operations
  • Collaborate with the Front Office manager to maintain high standards in front office department and high morale among staff at all times
  • Ensure effective communication between reservations department, reception & accommodation to ensure the smooth running of guests' journey from booking to arrival
  • Work alongside the Guest Experience Manager to manage and lead traces & packages for all guest arrivals
  • Manage all group reservations from a front office perspective, ensuring all requests are met and executed
  • Anticipate guests' needs to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction
  • Communicate any changes or updates regarding group details upon arrival and during their stay, such as name changes, room requests, billing, etc.
What You Will Need:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
  • Experience working in a 3/4-star hotel
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy
  • Customer-oriented and professional attitude
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
