Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a customer-focused Supervisor to join our team in Prestbury, England. You will help manage service on the floor, mentor team members, and ensure guests feel welcome in our cozy pubs and brasseries.

You’ll support management with shift setup and close-downs, uphold high standards of hospitality, and help deliver smooth, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in fresh-food venues is preferred, and energy and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, fresh food restaurant preferred.
• Confident in managing service elements and guiding team on the floor and during shift changes.

About You:

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special
• You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced, fresh food restuarant
