McArthurGlen Group in Bridgend is hiring a Guest Experience Advisor for a fixed-term contract of 15 hours per week, including weekends, through the Christmas trading period.

This in-person role welcomes guests, answers inquiries, handles feedback, and promotes services while upholding McArthurGlen's high standards.

You'll join a diverse international team and have opportunities to work across departments; the compensation reflects market benchmarks and location.

Qualifications

• Exceptional people skills and ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced customer-facing environment with admin tasks.
• Proactive and capable of making things happen.
• Proficient IT skills including email, Word and Excel.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work across full trading hours on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Promote additional products and services, meeting targets and delivering a positive guest experience.
• Handle face-to-face, email and social media feedback with rapport and brand representation.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely, such as online gift card orders.
• Uphold McArthurGlen's high standards and maintain a welcoming, well-organised guest area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional guest experience across departments.
