Miller & Carter Banbury is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a small team, and drive excellent service with a focus on guest satisfaction. The role involves being part of the day-to-day site operations, hosting guests, and confidently guiding the team.

You'll train colleagues through the brand's Steak School, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and help deliver memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, with a track record of leading shifts.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to train others.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host guests and lead the team.
• Act as a shift leader and role model for colleagues.
• Help with training and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure guests have a warm, welcoming experience.
