Miller & Carter Sarn is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to help run the site, greet guests, serve, and lead the team with confidence. You will play a key role in training and maintaining high standards across service areas to ensure a warm, efficient dining experience.

All management employees are enrolled onto our unique 3 day Steak School, with comprehensive support, discounts on all brands, and a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Reliable and flexible for part-time shifts.
• Excellent communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
