PROception in London is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the front-of-house, delivering a premium workplace and visitor experience while ensuring safety and operational excellence. The role requires a proactive leader to manage a Guest Ambassador team and collaborate with stakeholders across the estate.

You will oversee security, access control, and CCTV, promoting a "One Team" culture and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in security or hospitality environments.
• 5+ years of verifiable work history.
• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Knowledge of security systems and CCTV operations.
• IT-literate with basic digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and inspire the Guest Ambassador team.
• Oversee daily operations, shift planning and handovers.
• Deliver proactive 5-star front‑of‑house service for occupiers and visitors.
• Maintain CCTV presence and ensure security procedures compliance.
• Take ownership of the workplace app, onboarding users and managing access.
• Support budgets, reporting, and service delivery improvements.
