Responsibilities

• Maximise room revenues through upselling and promotions.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures promptly and professionally.
• Manage cash, charge, float and till procedures in line with policy.
• Assist guests with enquiries and bookings, resolving issues promptly.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attend daily team meetings and keep colleagues informed.
• Operate the telephone system in line with company standards.
