Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking exceptional people to join our team as a Receptionist. You will be responsible for maximising room revenues in line with the Company’s standards, providing efficient and courteous service to ensure total guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and organisational skills with at least one year's experience in a similar role, and will be proficient with phone and computer systems to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel reception or customer-facing experience is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills are required.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests and colleagues is essential.
• Proficiency with phone and computer systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with daily hotel operations including arrivals, departures and special requests.
• Greet guests, check in/out efficiently and courteously.
• Maximise room revenues in line with company standards.
• Upsell services and handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure total guest satisfaction.
