Job summary

Nuffield Health Warwick FWC is seeking a Receptionist (Bank) to greet members and visitors and support front of house and café operations on an ad-hoc, bank basis. You will provide friendly, professional service in a busy gym environment and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes flexibility, strong communication, and basic IT skills (Word/Excel). Training for Lifeguard duties may be required as shifts include Lifeguard breaks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Flexible, motivated and show initiative.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas
• Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued
• Support the café team, with preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
