Hotel du Vin is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the Reception team, ensuring a warm welcome, seamless stay and memorable departures. You will manage day-to-day Front Office operations, drive service excellence and uphold the highest standards across the department.

Ideal candidates will have prior reception management experience in hospitality, strong guest-service skills, and a commercial mindset to upsell rooms and hotel services while developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Front Office/Reception team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations and maintain high standards
• Recruit, onboard and train staff; develop team performance
• Address guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Identify opportunities to upsell rooms, packages and hotel services
