WatchHouse is seeking a Front of House Team Member to be at the forefront of delivering our Modern Coffee Experience. You will provide outstanding hospitality, share your passion for specialty coffee and food, and create memorable connections with every guest.

You will report into the House Manager and enjoy perks such as free coffee and drinks, a monthly coffee gift, free lunch on shift, team events, and staff discounts on food and retail coffee.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Be knowledgeable about WatchHouse coffee and food offerings, confidently guiding customers through the menu.
• Serve food and drinks with efficiency, care, and attention to detail, maintaining high presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized floor, ensuring the space is always inviting and reflective of WatchHouse’s brand standards.
• Adapting to both counter service and floor service as required.
• Collaborate with your team and managers and support where needed.
