WatchHouse is seeking a Front of House Team Member to deliver our Modern Coffee Experience in a welcoming setting at Battersea Power Station. You will be at the forefront of hospitality, sharing your passion for specialty coffee and food with every guest.

You will report to the House Manager and join a team that values warmth, attentiveness, and a premium guest experience, with strong training and clear paths for career progression within WatchHouse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Be knowledgeable about WatchHouse coffee and food offerings, confidently guiding customers through the menu.
• Serve food and drinks with efficiency, care, and attention to detail, maintaining high presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized floor, ensuring the space is always inviting and reflective of WatchHouse’s brand standards.
• Adapting to both counter service and floor service as required.
• Collaborate with your team and managers and support where needed.
