Job summary

Park Holidays UK is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness in holiday homes and communal areas, with a focus on guest satisfaction and high standards of presentation.

Based at our parks in the UK, you will assist with laundry duties, manage supplies, and work closely with team members to deliver exceptional service for our guests on a part-time basis (approx. 25 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
• Willingness to work Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain holiday homes and communal areas to a high standard.
• Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, and ironing linen and towels.
• Use and store cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately.
• Keep track of cleaning and laundry supplies and report shortages.
• Work with staff to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest requests.
