Park Holidays UK is seeking an enthusiastic housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness in holiday homes and communal areas, and to assist with laundry duties. You will work within a supportive team to ensure guest spaces are spotless and welcoming.

Key tasks include cleaning, laundry, stock management, and delivering excellent customer service to guests with a friendly, professional approach. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and laundry duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain holiday homes and communal areas to a high standard.
• Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying and ironing lin en towels.
• Use and store cleaning products safely following health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor supplies and report shortages to maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with staff to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Provide excellent guest service and address housekeeping requests professionally.
