Job summary

Premier Inn Reading Central is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, help them check in, and serve breakfast or dinner while ensuring a smooth stay.

Shifts include evenings and weekends, with 15 guaranteed hours per week. This permanent role is based at Letcombe Street, Reading, Berkshire, and offers full training and a supportive team to help you grow in hospitality.

Qualifications

• No previous hotel experience required.
• Friendly, helpful, and able to stay calm in busy times.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
