• Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the guest journey during check in and check outs.
• Handle cash payments and a float following company standards.
• Respond to all guest communications professionally.
• Assist with daily admin tasks within the department.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure fulfillment of requirements.
• Promote hotel amenities and arrange services as required.
