Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm welcome and information about services, facilities and the local area to help make their visit special.

You will be the face of our hotel for guests using our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms, with training provided and opportunities for brand and career development.

Qualifications

• Friendly, passionate and energetic receptionist as described in the job intro.
• Represents the hotel to guests and provides information on services and local area.
• Flexibility to work across days including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the hotel for guests, residents and visitors to restaurants, bars, and meeting rooms.
• Offer warm welcome and answer questions to assist guests’ stay.
