Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK in Leeds is seeking a Guest Relations Host to greet customers, manage the reception area and cloakroom, and assist with electronic gaming machines. You will provide excellent customer service and help resolve queries to ensure a welcoming experience.

Full-time role in Leeds with 40 hours per week. Competitive pay of £12.87 per hour, plus benefits and training to support your success.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communications.
• Ability to explain offers and promotions.
• Experience serving food and beverages is desirable.
• Experience with electronic gaming products is advantageous.
• Flexible to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ideally lives in Leeds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact.
• Register customers to the membership scheme and capture required information.
• Assist customers with general enquiries.
• Support with electronic gaming issues and machine disputes.
• Manage cloakroom operations.
• Assist F&B team with serving food and drinks.
• Compile and send specific reports.
• Adhere to health and safety practices and internal policies.
• Attend and participate in meetings as required.
• Promote Responsible Gambling practices in daily operations.
