Job summary

MOXY Southampton is seeking a Receptionist / Bartender (Crew Member) on a casual contract with a gross salary of £13.62 per hour. The role covers guest reception, bartender duties and assisting in daily hotel operations to deliver a welcoming, efficient guest experience.

The successful candidate will be energetic, comfortable in a fast-paced service environment, and able to multi-task while maintaining high service standards. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience within the service industry.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal travel experience in travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
