Job summary

Hotel Co 51’s Moxy Milton Keynes is seeking a Receptionist / Bartender (Crew Member) for a full-time or part-time contract. Gross salary £13.62 per hour. You’ll welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, operate Food & Beverage outlets, and maintain a friendly, relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.

We want high energy, a clear English communicator, and a proactive team player with service industry experience. Knowledge of Opera and/or Micros is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience within the service industry.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
