Valor Hospitality is hiring a Food and Beverage Assistant for voco Exeter Science Park. You will deliver attentive service and help create memorable dining experiences, supporting the F&B team with setup, service, and events.

The role requires a friendly, detail‑minded team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training includes Carbon Literacy and sustainability initiatives as part of our core values.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, efficiently and with a smile.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, in line with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest enquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the wider Food and Beverage team with operational duties — setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory.
• Help coordinate and run events and special functions
