Valor Hospitality's voco Zeal Exeter Science Park is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team, deliver exceptional guest service and uphold high dining standards. You will oversee service, assist in food and beverage preparation, maintain cleanliness, address guest inquiries and complaints, coordinate events, and support stock control and inventory.

40 hours per week, evenings/weekends, with a competitive annual salary plus service charge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

£ 27,485 per annum/ £13.21 per hour plus service charge, 40 hours per week over 5 days

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.

• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.

• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.

• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
