Qualifications

• Good communication skills and solid English proficiency (written and spoken).

• Previous hospitality experience preferred but passion for great service matters most.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in and check-out, ensuring a memorable stay.
• Answer calls, manage reservations and room allocations, and liaise with other departments.
• Prepare guest bills and ensure accurate and smooth transactions.
• Support behind-the-scenes tasks to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
