Job summary

Noble Inns is seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Bartender to join our team across one of our four venues. You will deliver high-quality drinks with warm, knowledgeable, guest-focused service and work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.

You should be passionate about drinks, stay up to date with cocktails and be organised, reliable and able to perform confidently during busy service. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience behind a bar in quality hospitality.
• Passion for drinks and hospitality.
• Interest in developing beverage knowledge.
• Confident and personable with guests.
• Fast and accurate during busy services.
• Reliable, organized and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high standards of beverage and guest service.
• Prepare and serve drinks accurately, efficiently and consistently.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Confidently explain the drinks menu and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and continue developing your drinks knowledge.
• Ensure every drink is presented to Noble Inns standards.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy services.
• Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Complete bar preparation and mise en place before service.
• Communicate clearly with waiters, kitchen staff and management.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or issues promptly.
• Follow correct procedures for stock handling, wastage and storage.
• Maintain excellent glassware, equipment and bar presentation standards.
• Deliver friendly, confident and professional service to every guest.
• Build relationships with regular guests and contribute to a welcoming bar environment.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalation issues appropriately.
• Follow all licensing, responsible service, health & safety and company procedures.
• Complete opening and closing duties to the required standard.
• Support the wider team when required and contribute to a positive service environment.
