Job summary

Whitbread is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member at the Ipswich North Premier Inn. This permanent, on-site role offers 15 guaranteed hours per week with pay up to £13.06 per hour and provides full training and development opportunities within Whitbread benefits.

You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and support the hotel team to ensure a smooth guest experience. Prior hotel experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful attitude
• Ability to stay calm in busy periods

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in
• Serve breakfast or dinner and bar service as needed
• Answer questions and help resolve guest issues
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates during busy periods
• Ensure guests feel cared for from arrival to departure
