Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a front-of-house team member in the United Kingdom to deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure client satisfaction. You will assist with service, maintain clean dining areas, manage transactions, and contribute to peak performance during service periods.

Ideally you are strong in communication, fluent in English, and comfortable working as part of a team. Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with full training and regular development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent level of written and spoken English.
• Displaying a 'can do' attitude.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Familiar with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a professional and efficient manner.
• Be customer focused and proactive during service periods.
• Assist with front of house tasks and ensure counters are stocked.
• Keep the restaurant and BOH areas clean and organised.
• Handle sales and transactions accurately and upsell when appropriate.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Safety policies.
