Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and communicate to kitchen/bar staff.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction with each interaction.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
• Assist with special requests and customize orders for dietary preferences.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, specials, and menu changes to guests.
• Support team members during peak service times for smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols consistently.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and support.
