Job summary

Argyll in London is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to be at the heart of our buildings, ensuring clients and visitors have an effortless experience. This 30-hour-per-week role combines friendly, proactive service with practical day-to-day operations.

You’ll welcome and support clients and visitors, set up meeting rooms, events and catering, and provide basic IT support. You’ll spot problems, take ownership, and work collaboratively across our buildings and teams to keep spaces running

Qualifications

• You’ll be friendly, proactive and organised, with great attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping people.
• You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, be confident using technology, including AI-enabled tools, and take pride in delivering high standards. You’ll also play your part in supporting our ESG commitments.
