Job summary

Dominus Group, a London-based property developer, is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent for Hampton by Hilton London City. You will welcome guests, handle reservations and inquiries, process payments, and ensure a smooth, memorable stay.

You'll manage shift tasks, assist the dining service in line with local laws, and support the team to deliver outstanding service in a busy hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous reception experience, ideally in a hotel.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-relations abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone enquiries, reservations, invoices and payments.
• Conduct end-of-shift banking and prepare for the next shift.
• Assist other Guest Services Agents in operations and food prep per local laws.
• Ensure food and beverage procedures comply with Hampton by Hilton standards.
• Complete security checks, breakfast setup and basic cleaning tasks.
