Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join the Livingston team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while supporting the wider hotel operation.

You’ll need strong customer service, attention to detail and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, to help deliver Aimbridge’s high standards of guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
