• Support Front Office with guest requests, deliveries, luggage storage and daily needs.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and local area.
• Be a friendly ambassador for Edinburgh, sharing recommendations for staying longer.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis when required.
• Keep entrance, lobby and Front Office areas clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Collaborate with Front Office and hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest belongings and hotel equipment safely, following health and safety procedures.
• Support the wider team as needed to maintain high service standards.
