Brighton Grand Hotel Operations Ltd’ The Grand Brighton is seeking an M&E Assistant in our Conference and Banqueting team. This flexible zero hours role focuses on delivering guest care, coordinating with colleagues, and ensuring M&E operations are clean, set up and ready for client arrivals.

You'll service, refresh and clear rooms, follow safety procedures, and support management with daily tasks and initiatives to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to elevate the overall guest experience.
• Ensure all aspects of the M&E operation are clean and tidy, set up as per specification and ready in time for the client arrival.
• Service, refresh and clear rooms as required.
• Operate in a safe and orderly manner, with adherence to Manual Handling and report hazards to management.
• Meet and greet clients in the absence of a Supervisor or Manager.
• Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and legislation (Data Protection, Health & Safety).
• Complete any other reasonable request from management or a supervisor.
