Job summary

Langdale Leisure Limited is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join the on-site team at Langdale Hotel and Spa in Ambleside. The role focuses on delivering warm, attentive service and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience in Stove Restaurant and Wainwrights Inn.

Responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, assisting across restaurant, bar, kitchen, and FOH, and building positive guest relationships.

• Exceptional guest care and confident communication with all guests.

• Strong hospitality mindset with passion for food, drink and memorable experiences.
