Job summary

GFSC seeks a Compliance Officer for a fund client to ensure regulatory obligations are met under the GFSC framework, including financial crime requirements and laws, rules and codes of practice.

The role provides assurance to Boards, oversees monitoring, and serves as the main point of contact for regulatory and law enforcement matters. A GFSC-recognised qualification is required and CPD in line with GFSC expectations, with 5 years in finance or compliance.

• Provide assurance to Boards of client entities.
• Oversee compliance monitoring across entities.
• Act as primary contact for regulatory and law enforcement matters relating to prescribed roles.
