Metaview is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for Sales, CS, and Marketing, partnering with founders and GTM leaders to scale a world-class commercial organization. You will build and refine a scalable GTM recruitment engine that leverages AI to move faster and hire better.

You will develop genuine expertise in GTM talent markets, source top operators, and translate pipeline realities into clear, data-driven decisions while maintaining high standards and a hunter

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting at a fast-paced, high-growth B2B startup.
• A skilled assessor with a high bar for talent and the ability to sell the opportunity.
• A network or the hunger to build one fast and reach GTM operators.
• AI-native: using AI to move faster and hire better, not waiting for a playbook.
• Comfortable partnering with founders and GTM leaders, and maintaining trust.
• A hunter mentality to land top GTM talent.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles: sourcing, outreach, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Partner with Co-founder/CEO and GTM leaders to define hiring needs across Sales, CS, and Marketing.
• Refine recruiting infrastructure and build a scalable hiring engine.
• Develop expertise in GTM talent markets and surface pipeline realities with data-driven decisions.
